ipq806x: clean up DTS file for TP-Link AD7200

Browse Source 
This does several cosmetic adjustments for AD7200's DTS:

 - Make node name, DT label and label property consistent
 - Drop wrong and unused spi4 label
 - Use generic flash@0 node name
