Subject: [PATCH 050/122] riscv: dts: starfive: visionfive-2-v1.3B: Set the
driver strength of RXC/RXD
VisionFive 2 v1.3B needs to increase the driver strength of rxd/rxc
to increase the stability of gmac's transmission.
