add library 'libbsd' This library contains core functionality usually (but obviously not always) provided by libc implementations which isneeded by OpenWrt core packages. licensing: Add licensing metadata to many packages Two new variables are introduces to many packages, namely PKG_LICENSE and PKG_LICENSE_FILES - there may be more than one license applied to packages, and these are listed in the PKG_LICENSE variable and separated by spaces. All relevant license files are also added to the PKG_LICENSE_FILES variable, also space separated. The licensing metadata is put into the bin/<platform>/packages/Packages file for later parsing. libbsd: fix compilation with musl 1.2.4 musl 1.2.4 deprecated legacy "LFS64" ("large file support") interfaces so just having _GNU_SOURCE defined is not enough anymore. _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE has to be defined in the source, or CFLAGS can be used to pass -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE to allow to keep using LFS64 definitions.
