Subject: [PATCH] r8152: support new chips
commit 195aae321c829dd1945900d75561e6aa79cce208 upstream.
Support RTL8153C, RTL8153D, RTL8156A, and RTL8156B. The RTL8156A
and RTL8156B are the 2.5G ethernet.
