Made the EventListController use domain and range types, rather

[Events] Scrollbar moves with data

The scroll position now moves down when a new row is added
to the data table. This means that when the scroll position
is at the bottom, it will stay there, even with new updates
adding onto the botton. #18 .

Completes Unit Test. Added a new file:
NewWindowActionSpec.js, which performs the
Jasmine test for NewWindowAction.js. The
test specifies a mockWindow with a mockUrl
and then adds both to a NewWindowAction.
Also suite.json contains the NewWindowActon
path. In order for NewWindowAction.jsWTD-16.
