Add server app which provides the ability to include/exclude bundles. WTD-1199.
Bring in example taxonomy and gitignore changes from topic branch for WTD-614 into open-source-friendly branch, in preparation to merge.
Initialize repository with gitignore file. This will serve as the basis for the open source master branch (and thus all other branches) during the Angular transition. WTD-519.
