Add spec coverage for ElasticSearchProvider. Also remove
unneeded guards for max number of results, as the aggregator
will always provide a max number of results.
Moved the elasticsearch provider to
platform/persistence/elastic. Then moved
the search aggregator and the generic
provider into a services folder within
the search folder.
