tpmr: Add seal/unseal debug tracing
Trace parameters to seal/unseal and some key tpm2 invocations.  Trace
invocation of tpmr seal/unseal for disk unlock key.

Add DO_WITH_DEBUG() to trace a command and parameters, then execute it.
