kexec-seal-key: Clean up TODOs and TPM2 seal ...

Clean up TODO comments.

Clean up redirections for tpm2 pcrread, use bash redirect to command.

Use DO_WITH_DEBUG --mask-position to trace tpmr seal for TPM2 and hide
the password.
