config/coreboot-librem*: disable iGPU IOMMU for Linux payload ...

Disabling IOMMU on the iGPU for Heads (mostly) eliminates
display corruption when kexec'ing to new kernel (and has no effect
on iGPU/IOMMU for kexec'ed kernel)
