To support PPC crypto, it seems we will need yasm.
To support linux capabilities, libcap would be required as well later on. :/ another point for rng-tools (which also depends on libcap-ng)
This reverts commit 972c25de7d.
This commit broke OEM factory reset functionality, so revert it
until the issue can be properly diagnosed.
