Stefan Kalkowski 2a2e5c2df4 base-*: remove usage of printf
base generic code:
  * Remove unused verbosity code from mmio framework
  * Remove escape sequence end heuristic from LOG
  * replace Core_console with Core_log (no format specifiers)
  * move test/printf to test/log
  * remove `printf()` tests from the log test
  * check for exact match of the log test output
base-fiasco:
  * remove unused Fiasco::print_l4_threadid function
base-nova:
  * remove unused hexdump utility from core
base-hw:
  * remove unused Kernel::Thread::_print_* debug utilities
  * always print resource summary of core during startup
  * remove Kernel::Ipc_node::pd_label (not used anymore)

This is generic part of the Genode implementation. It consists of two parts:

:_Core_: is the ultimate root of the Genode application tree
  and provides abstractions for the lowest-level hardware resources
  such as RAM, ROM, CPU, and generic device access. All generic parts of Core
  can be found here - for system-specific implementations refer to the
  appropriate 'base-<system>' directory.

:_Base libraries and protocols_: that are used by each Genode component
  to interact with other components. This is the glue that holds everything
  together.
