Norman Feske b0803eabdb gui_session: simplify input/framebuffer aggregate ... - Rename framebuffer_session to framebuffer and input_session to input as those RPC interfaces are no longer meant to be used as stand-alone sessions. - Host Connection::input and Connection::framebuffer as public members, thereby removing the use of pointers.
