Norman Feske 5b6bd8459f Signature checking tool based on GnuPG 
The new 'verify' component facilitates the code of GnuPG to verify
detached OpenPGP signatures against public keys.

Since GnuPG depends on libgcrypt and libgpg-error, the patch adds these
libraries to the libports repository.

Fixes #2640

This directory contains ports of popular 3rd-party applications to Genode.

The 'ports' repository follows the line of the 'libports' repository.
For instructions about downloading and building 3rd-party applications,
please refer to 'libports/README'.


Dependencies from other repositories
------------------------------------

Application provided by the 'ports' repository typically expect a rich
runtime environment, including shared libraries provided by the 'libports'
repository. Hence, 'ports' depends on 'libports'.
