Norman Feske 5319f36788 util/string.h: support 'int' for 'ascii_to' 
This patch complements the 'long' version of the 'ascii_to' conversion
function by an 'int' version.

Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
