Alexander Boettcher 2283536b27 base: avoid deadlock in sliced_heap
It happens that ram_session and rm_session itself are invoking alloc
respectively free on the very same sliced heap inside core.

Lock only the sliced_heap list implementation and let the session locking to
the session implementation of rm_session and ram_session.

The ram_session and rm_session must take care to proper lock since inside
both implementations already the session handling thread and the service thread
are running parallel.

This is generic part of the Genode implementation. It consists of two parts:

:_Core_: is the ultimate root of the Genode application tree
and provides abstractions for the lowest-level hardware resources
such as RAM, ROM, CPU, and generic device access. All generic parts of Core
can be found here - for system-specific implementations refer to the
  appropriate 'base-<system>' directory.

:_Base libraries and protocols_: that are used by each Genode component
to interact with other components. This is the glue that holds everything
  together.
