Norman Feske d1da5b9e16 libc_noux: override __libc_sigaction 
This is a follow-up commit to the libc update. The FreeBSD
implementation of sigset or sigaction calls the __libc_sigaction now.

The patch fixes the SIGWINCH handling for Vim when interactively
resizing the terminal window.

Fixes #3424

This directory contains ports of popular 3rd-party applications to Genode.

The 'ports' repository follows the line of the 'libports' repository.
For instructions about downloading and building 3rd-party applications,
please refer to 'libports/README'.


Dependencies from other repositories
------------------------------------

Application provided by the 'ports' repository typically expect a rich
runtime environment, including shared libraries provided by the 'libports'
repository. Hence, 'ports' depends on 'libports'.
