Norman Feske 5286456e48 depot_deploy: graceful handling of missing content 
This patch improves the error handling for the case where the depot
lacks the content of the to-be-deployed pkg. Instead of infinitely
reattempting to obtain blueprints for such content, the deploy tool
prints a single message.

This directory is a source-code repository containing Genode-specific
services and applications. In contrast to the components that come with
the 'os' repository, programs contained in 'gems' are able to leverage
the functionalities provided by higher-level repositories such as 'libports'.
To use the 'gems' repository, make sure to also add those repositories to your
build configuraion.
