Josef Söntgen 0f72a342f3 wifi_drv: fix setting 'bssid' in config ...

The wpa_supplicant refuses to set the BSSID in case it is quoted.
Removing the quotes allows for specifying the BSSID in the
configuration.

Fixes #4175.
