Norman Feske 3ac970ac1d Streamline Timestamp::INVALID values 
This is a follow-up patch for issue #1784 that solves two
inconsistencies.

- The Vfs::Timestamp::INVALID matches File_system::Timestamp::INVALID
- The Noux libc plugin tests for Timestamp::INVALID instead of a
  positive value.

The patch fixes the mtime info as shown in directory listings in
Sculpt's inspect window.

This directory contains ports of popular 3rd-party applications to Genode.

The 'ports' repository follows the line of the 'libports' repository.
For instructions about downloading and building 3rd-party applications,
please refer to 'libports/README'.


Dependencies from other repositories
------------------------------------

Application provided by the 'ports' repository typically expect a rich
runtime environment, including shared libraries provided by the 'libports'
repository. Hence, 'ports' depends on 'libports'.
