Norman Feske ca971bbfd8 Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory 
This patch changes the top-level directory layout as a preparatory
step for improving the tools for managing 3rd-party source codes.
The rationale is described in the issue referenced below.

The scripts in this directory have been used to generate the
'lib/mk/qt_*_generated.inc' files.

Usage:

- create a build directory in the 'contrib' directory
- copy the scripts into this build directory
- change into the build directory
- execute the 'create_generated_incs' script
- move the generated files into the 'lib/mk/' directory
