Norman Feske 1e166c7236 Supplement the build of shared libs where needed 
This is a follow-up commit to the adaptation of the run scripts to the
consistent use of [build_artifacts] (issue #4860).

The missing build of libm remained undetected until the recent removal
of implicit shared-library builds (issue #5061).
