Johannes Schlatow 2afb7c5567 nic_router: fix Tcp_packet header fields 
data_offset and NS flag were incorrectly read due to missing endianess
conversion. Also fix name of CWR flag.

This source-code repository contains genuine low-level OS components and
interfaces of Genode. It solely depends on the framework's base API.
