Norman Feske 1a75c5227e Rename wm pkg to motif_wm 
This way, we can subsequently introduce a new 'wm' pkg that contains the
window manager only, w/o any hard-wired decorator and layouter.

      Subsystem for presenting GUI applications in floating windows
                    using the themed window decorator

This package overrides parts of the wm package such that the themed decorator
is used instead of the default one.
