Norman Feske 0ff755b236 menu_view: remove minor code redundancy 
This is a follow-up commit for "menu_view: configurable alpha channel
and bg color", which simplifies the code. The '_no_alpha' surface is not
needed because the 'Gui_buffer' provides a 0x0 alpha surface when using
the opaque mode.

This directory is a source-code repository containing Genode-specific
services and applications. In contrast to the components that come with
the 'os' repository, programs contained in 'gems' are able to leverage
the functionalities provided by higher-level repositories such as 'libports'.
To use the 'gems' repository, make sure to also add those repositories to your
build configuraion.
