The added hook 'OBJ_POSTPROC_SRC' gives us a way to post-process object
files for generating supplemental code. By using this hook, the
initcall_table.c generated by import-lx_emul_common.inc gets reliably
executed after all object files are built.

This patch removes the implicit build of all shared libraries a target
depends on. Targets only depend on the respective ABIs instead. This
alleviates the need to locally build complex shared libraries (think of
Qt) when developing applications. Instead, application developers can
use binary depot archives.
The implementation splits the mk/lib.mk file into three files:
- mk/a.mk for building one static library (.lib.a)
- mk/so.mk for building one shared object (.lib.so)
- mk/abi.mk for building one ABI stub (.abi.so)
Furthermore, the commit moves messages and the collection of build
artifacts to var/libdeps, triggers the build of kernel-specific
ld-<kernel>.lib.so, and prunes the lib-dependency tree at ABIs.

Triggered by the toolchain update to GCC 12 certain pragmas lead to
a build error as those are now unknown. As quick-fix add '-gnatwG',
which suppresses warnings on unrecognized pragmas.

The minimal-footprint Ada runtime for implementing library-like
functionality in SPARK is now called "spark" runtime.
The full Ada runtime for entire components written in Ada and using the
libc as glue to the underlying system will move to the world repository
as "ada" runtime.

The Ada runtime can now be set with the ADA_RTS variable. The ada
library builds a (currently) minimal runtime from the gcc sources that
come with Genode (to stay consistent with the used compiler) and sets
the runtime path accordingly. It is build as a shared library ada.lib.so
which needs to be added to the build files.
I split the existing Ada test into program and library, and moved it
to libports as it depends on the runtime library residing in this
repository too.

This patch make the ABI mechanism available to shared libraries other
than Genode's dynamic linker. It thereby allows us to introduce
intermediate ABIs at the granularity of shared libraries. This is useful
for slow-moving ABIs such as the libc's interface but it will also
become handy for the package management.
To implement the feature, the build system had to be streamlined a bit.
In particular, archive dependencies and shared-lib dependencies are now
handled separately, and the global list of 'SHARED_LIBS' is no more.
Now, the variable with the same name holds the per-target list of shared
libraries used by the target.
Rust relies on atomic builtins, which are not implemented in libgcc for
ARM. One is implemented in rust, which is sufficient to get the
current rust test to run.

The new 'select_from_ports' function allows a target description file to
query the path to an installed port. All ports are stored in a central
location specified as CONTRIB_DIR. By default, CONTRIB_DIR is defined
as '<genode-dir>/contrib'. Ports of 3rd-party source code are managed
using the tools at '<genode-dir>/tool/ports/'.

This patch changes the top-level directory layout as a preparatory
step for improving the tools for managing 3rd-party source codes.
