146c694513 Reduce the maximum LOG session string length 
The maximum possible string length is defined by the platform with the
lowest maximum IPC payload size (currently OKL4).

ca971bbfd8 Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory 
This patch changes the top-level directory layout as a preparatory
step for improving the tools for managing 3rd-party source codes.
The rationale is described in the issue referenced below.
