Christian Helmuth	02f84f98c3	Explicitly set Qemu disk-image format to raw ... Prevents the annoying warning about WARNING: Image format was not specified for 'bin/test.img' and probing guessed raw. Automatically detecting the format is dangerous for raw images, write operations on block 0 will be restricted.
