The new tool `extract_initcall_order` generates a header file out of a Linux kernel build, which provides a sorted array with the initcall function names of the kernel build. Stefan Kalkowski	74d826d1ad	tool: simplify Linux dummy function generation ... The new tool `create_dummies` easily lists missing references, while porting subsystems of the Linux kernel to Genode, e.g., device drivers.
