Sebastian Sumpf	38d731bd79	libports: Add Mesa-21.0.0 support ... * Switch mesa support from DRI to gallium Supported drivers are - softpipe (Sebstian Sumpf) - iris for Intel GPUs (Alexander Boetcher) - etnaviv for Vivante GPUs (Josef Söntgen) * Mesa's generated files are placed into 'contrib/mesa-<hash>/generated' and are cloned per default from a separate Git repo in order to avoid hash updates upon package build. Norman Feske	366bba0227	Exclude higher-level repos from strict warnings ... This is a follow-up commit to "Increase default warning level", which overrides Genode's new default warning level for targets contained in higher-level repositories. By explicitly whitelisting all those targets, we can selectively adjust them to the new strictness over time - by looking out for 'CC_CXX_WARN_STRICT' in the target description files.
