Pirmin Duss	7db6f457d4	lx_fs: enable watch ... Enable watching files via the inotify interface of the Linux Kernel. Delivery of watches to components is staggered in order to prevent an overflow of the ACK queue in cases when a lot of changes are made to the file system from the Linux side.
