1e166c7236 Supplement the build of shared libs where needed
This is a follow-up commit to the adaptation of the run scripts to the
consistent use of [build_artifacts] (issue #4860).

The missing build of libm remained undetected until the recent removal
of implicit shared-library builds (issue #5061).

02eea3ecf0 More robust output parsing in ieee754 test
Only parse output of the test programs one-by-one and ignore log
messages from other components not starting with '[init -> test$number]'.

Fixes sporadic failures on KERNEL=sel4 due to the following warning from
core.

  Warning: flush page table entries - mapping cache full - PD: init -> test1

6b48a08697 libc: silence noncritical dummy implementations
* isatty

  For the moment it is not possible to determine if the fd belongs to a
  tty. For whatever reasons, the check is done multiple times, e.g.
  'tclsh', which will spam the LOG.

* sysctl(HW_FLOATINGPT)

  FPU is enabled on all our platforms, so return true.

Fixes #3389.

0777d16e78 Revert "ieee754: disable test for muen (fix #3305)"
This reverts commit 918b9a9fa4.

The Muen debug console buffer was increased by the recent update, which
alleviates the issue with many log messages as in the ieee754 test.
