58b6c88301 rpi: remove spec for pl011 
The Raspberry Pi has only one UART, which is used by core exclusively.
Therefore, the driver server for pl011 should not be built.

ca971bbfd8 Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory 
This patch changes the top-level directory layout as a preparatory
step for improving the tools for managing 3rd-party source codes.
The rationale is described in the issue referenced below.
