dde_bsd: add audio drivers ported from OpenBSD

These audio drivers enable support for Intel HD Audio (Azalia) and
Ensoniq AudioPCI (ES1370) compatible soundcards. They are ported
from OpenBSD 5.7.

Fixes #1498.
