vbox5: raise rrtimer priority

Browse Source 
Make sure timers run at the same priority as component threads, otherwise
no timer progress can be made. See 'rtTimeNanoTSInternalRef' (timesupref.h)
and 'rtTimerLRThread' (timerlr-generic.cpp).
