qt5: update port for Morph browser support

Browse Source 
- fix OpenGL issues
- pass touch press location with touch release event to
  fix button clicks with touch screen
- fix AVX alignment error in ffmpeg code on base-linux
- add generated cmake support files

Fixes #4541
