1. Need to include <string> not <cstring> in gold's binary.cc
2. wcsncasecmp isn't always defined in Mac SDK
3. PTHREAD_ONCE_INIT is {0x30B1BCBA, {0}}, so can't be trivially
assigned in an intializer list.

Crosstool-NG 
Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you
kick-started, just run:
./configure --help
If you are using a development snapshot, you'll have to create the configure script, first. Just run:
./bootstrap
