Titus von Boxberg e9798b8521 configure: fix --with-prog=[...] 
check_for didn't set variable 'where' when the path to a prog
was passed manually "(cached)".

Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you
kick-started, just run:
  ./configure --help
