Joel Holdsworth d824983203 cc/gcc: Declare "file" and "ext" variables local ...

In do_gcc_core_backend and do_gcc_backend, variables "file" and "ext"
are used to store intermediate values. Previously, these were not
declared local. This patch corrects this issue.
