Cristoforo Cataldo ca5003cbe6 binutils: Add Linaro Binutils 2.25-2015.01 and 2.24-2014.11 
This commit allows to choose, download and build latest Linaro Binutils:
- binutils-linaro-2.25.0-2015.01-2
- binutils-linaro-2.24.0-2014.11-2

This is the README for crosstool-NG

Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you
kick-started, just run:
    ./configure --help

If you are using a development snapshot, you'll have to
create the configure script, first. Just run:
    ./bootstrap

You will find the documentation in the directory 'docs'.
