Dimitar Dimitrov 6424fb73f0 pru: Default to pru-, not pru-elf- prefix ...

The gcc-pru package in BeagleBoard Debian image has been using the
"pru-" prefix for a few years now. Let's not add unnecessary confusion
for users, and stick to "pru-" cross toolchain prefix.
