Bryan Hundven ad0d71d287 mpfr: Swap primary mirror to gnu.org 
mpfr.org has been less then reliable, so lets make gnu.org the primary
instead of the secondary source.

This closes #250

Crosstool-NG Build Status

Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you kick-started, just run:

./configure --help

If you are using a development snapshot, you'll have to create the configure script, first. Just run:

./bootstrap
