Alexey Neyman a41978b95a Remove wrapping if in 300-gdb.sh ...

If GDB is turned off, the script will not be even sourced. Otherwise,
if GDB checkbox is set but none of the cross/native/gdbserver are
selected, debug.sh gives a bogus error message.
