Alexey Neyman 6f7e6b9969 Build companion libs for target. 
Currently, only libelf has a for-target step - but it generalizes
the step to hook other libraries into this step.

Crosstool-NG Build Status

Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you kick-started, just run:

./configure --help

If you are using a development snapshot, you'll have to create the configure script, first. Just run:

./bootstrap
