Alexey Neyman a59503c872 Update m4 to 1.4.19 ... This fixes the x86_64-multilib-linux-uclibc,powerpc-unknown-elf canadian cross example (which currently breaks because the gnulib example assumes SIGSTKSZ is constant while recent libcs started defining it as a sysconf(...) call.
