Jasmin Jessich 218bea6f24 Adding CLooG 0.18.4. 
Adding isl 0.15.
Added following constrains:
   isl 0.14 and 0.15 require  CLooG 0.18.4 or later.
   isl 0.11.1 and 0.12.2 require CLoog older than 0.18.4.

This is the README for crosstool-NG

Crosstool-NG follows the autoconf dance. So, to get you
kick-started, just run:
    ./configure --help

If you are using a development snapshot, you'll have to
create the configure script, first. Just run:
    ./bootstrap

You will find the documentation in the directory 'docs'.
