25f5b82d2e Update Linux kernel patches. 
3.0.9/100-headers-install-fix*.patch picked up upstream.
The Cygwin fix is needed for Cygwin on all kernel versions.

e4bb360748 file modes: Set files to be non-executable 
I was going to start doing some autoconf work, and noticed that
configure.in was executable. Then I noticed Makefile.in was executable.

o.O

So, I ran ```find . -type f -executable``` and found a bunch of files
that shouldn't be set executable.

This commit makes them normal files again.

acf31bf885 kernel/linux: fix packed attribute in exported headers 
UBI headers (and maybe others as well) are broken because the 'packed'
attribute is not sanitised when the headers are exported to userspace.

Apply the fix from upstream:

(Also, buildroot does the same, BTW)

7a0e770be1 Remove the now really obsolete Linux kernel headers copy and sanitised. 
Remove orphanned Linux kernel patchsets.
Initiate a kernel build scripts directory. Move the Linux kernel build script there.

b1e693e402 Renamed all patches file names so that locales are now irrelevant to sort the files. 
Removed the locale check as it is now irrelevant.
Removed the experimental binutils 2.17.50.0.xx: 2.18 is here now.

1906cf93f8 Add the full crosstool-NG sources to the new repository of its own. 
You might just say: 'Yeah! crosstool-NG's got its own repo!".
Unfortunately, that's because the previous repo got damaged beyond repair and I had no backup.
That means I'm putting backups in place in the afternoon.
That also means we've lost history... :-(
