b4191b23a8 Update tic6x sample 
Restrict kernel to 5.11 and below (support for this arch has been
dropped in 5.12); rename the sample to match its name as printed by
`ct-ng show-tuple` (otherwise, `make saveconfig` does not update the
sample's configuration).
