977ed69427 mpc: Mark 1.0.3 and 1.1.0 as obsolete 
Mark these versions as obsolete so they can be dropped after the next
release.

b3038a0a41 Add digests for all packages 
Also fix test-packages: it was saving the output from CT_DoLog into
the checksum file. Also use one file per version.
