5fc2ca7e8d Remove the glibc patch for -mfloat128 
... per discussion on libc-alpha, need to pass --with-glibc-version=
instead to GCC configure.

6239ec9e5d Check if -mfloat128-type needs to be supplied 
... in addition to -mfloat128 that glibc 2.26 adds. GCC7 needs both,
GCC6 does not and chokes on unknown option.
